Newsletter for November 2018
The break for Thanksgiving will be November 19-23rd (Monday-Friday) even though schools are only closed Wednesday-Friday. We realize many people travel over this holiday.
The next parent observation class will be the week we share costumes, which is the week of Dec. 10th. Parents will come into your child's class in the beginning of the class, teachers may share the routine with you, and the rest of the class is devoted to measuring your child and paying for the costume. Costumes range in price from $50-85; some may go as high as $90. We try our best to select costumes that are not expensive. Payment must be made in cash or check. Make checks payable to Grace Myles as we write one check to the costume companies. If you are ordering multiple costumes a separate check must be written out for each costume, as the costumes are ordered by the class, and all payments for each class go into a separate envelope. Sorry for any inconvenience. The parents will make the final determination on the size of the costume; if it needs to be exchanged once costumes arrive, there is a $30 exchange fee. It is better to order up a size and take the costume in, then to have to return it. Also, exchanges may take up to six weeks, so the costume could be delayed for picture week and even recital.
The Show Troupe will be performing at the Lighting of the Christmas Tree on the Square in Leonardtown on Friday November 23rd at 6:20; and Santa arrives shortly after our performance!
The Christmas Break will be December 24th – January 1st. Classes resume on Wednesday January 2nd.
REMINDER: Tuition is due by the 7th of each month. There is a $15 late fee accessed on any payments after the 7th. Cash or Checks only. Please only put cash payments in an envelope in the tuition slot under the counter in the main lobby with your child's name printed on the outside, and on the checks please write your child's name.
