Newsletter for December 2017 

Just a reminder that tuition is due no later than 8 p.m. on Dec 7th.  A late fee of $20 will be imposed on all late payments.  Drop your cash (put in envelope) or check (no envelope) in the tuition slot under the counter in the lobby.  After hours you can place tuition payment in the outside green mailbox over by the dumpsters, it has GRACIE on it, and 44150.  Always put child's name on payment.

The studio will be closed for Christmas: December 22 - January 1st.  Classes resume on January 2nd.

Costume week is the week of December 11th.  You can come into the class at the beginning of your child's class, the teacher may share their routine with you (probably only one if it is a combo class) and then you will measure your child, and along with the teacher decide what size is best to order for your child.  The teacher will share the costume selection and the price.  Payment is expected during this week. The room moms can assist the teacher.  The final decision on the size of the costume is the parent's decision; if the costume must be exchanged there is a $35 fee to do this.  Once the costume is ordered and paid for, it cannot be cancelled.  If you withdraw prior to costumes arrive, it is your responsibility to pick up the costume.  Costumes range in cost from $55-$90.  Make checks payable to Grace Myles.  Make sure your child's name is on the check, or envelope with cash in it.  Checks will be deposited January 1st.  If you are not at class the week of December 11th, please see your child's teacher the week of December 18th.  A costume will not be ordered until you have sized and paid for your child's costume.

RECITAL is June 15th and 16th at Patuxent High School in Lusby, MD.  Dress rehearsal is June 14th at PHS.  The run through at the St. Mary's Fairgrounds is June12th.  Reguar classes are held through Monday June 11th.  (to make up for Memorial Day.)  More info on this schedule will be detailed as time gets closer.

SANTA CLAUS is coming to Gracie's Guys and Gals Studio on Sunday afternoon December 10th, from 1:00-3:30.  Cost is only $10 per family (adults are free) and this includes up to three children in a family.  $5 extra for additional children.  Included in the price is: dancing, crafts, refreshments, and all the pictures you want to take of Santa and his friends (Rudolph, Max, Beethoven, and Ellie).  Special guest appearance by the GRINCH and Elsa!  There will be a Santa WOrkshop for gifts that the kids can purchase for their parents, and/siblings.  The gifts will be wrapped as well.  The cost of the gifts range from $2 to $5.  This way the kids can do their own shopping to surprise Mom and Dad!  There will also be a raffle basket filled with ELSA items!  Cost for a raffle ticket is only $1.00 each or 6/$5.  Drawing will be done at the end of the day on December 10th!
