Reminders: RECITAL is June 16th and 17th, at Patuxent High In Lusby, MD; times to be determined. Dress Rehearsal is June 15th; there will be a ‘run through’ at the St. Mary’s County Fairgrounds, date to be determined. If your child only takes one class, she/he will only be in one recital. There is a total of four recitals (including the solo/duo showcase). More info to follow.

Also, reminder, tuition is due by the 7th of each month. In March the family recital fee is due, it is $110 per family, not per child. You can pay the $110 in the same check as your child’s tuition in March if you want, or you can pay separately, anytime between now and March 7th. The family tuition fee entitles you to four tickets per show that your children are in. It also entitles you to ALL the links being videotaped professionally at the recital. No videotaping is allowed at the recital; you can however video tape the dress rehearsal!

Father-Daughter Dance Feb. 25th at Tolerance Hall at St. Mary’s Fairgrounds. You can fill out form and pay in the lobby $40 couple. Questions? Email- This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

LOST AND FOUND: THE BOX is overflowing! Please check, there are coats, water bottles, shoes, jackets, and hoodies. Please check prior to February 6th before we donate items.

Costumes have been ordered and are starting to arrive; when they come in, the teacher will let you know and the parents can come in and assist the child in trying on the costume to be sure it fits, and the teacher will advise if any accessories are needed, and how to wear their hair.

WEATHER: If it should snow, and the St. Mary’s County schools are closed, then the studio will cancel classes in the evening. If school is delayed in the morning, we have classes on time in the evening. If after school activities are cancelled, then we cancel classes at the studio.

Please drive slowly and carefully in the parking lot. There are children walking in the parking lot to get to their parents’ car. Thank you.

We are NOT closed for President’s Day on February 20th. We do not close for in-service days that the schools are closed, nor do we close for most Monday holidays, the only Monday holiday we close is Memorial Day in May.

Teachers are finishing routines for the recital so please have your children in classes as much as possible. The kids are doing really well, and we encourage them to practice!
