Newsletter for November 2023 

This month, the studio will be closed all week for Thanksgiving, it is one of the most traveled holidays, so we close the studio the week of November 20th. Have a Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving!

Parent observation is the week of December 4th. This time the parents can come in at the beginning of class, have a quick observation, any announcements, and help measure your child, see the costume selection, and pay for the costume. Make checks payable to Grace Myles. The checks will be held and deposited on January 1st, 2024. You can pay cash or by check. Payment is due the week of December 4th. Tuition must be a SEPARATE check as they go two different places for bookkeeping. Also, if your child is in multiple classes, you’ll need to pay for each costume separately, as we put payment into different envelopes depending on what catalog the costume is in. Thank you.

Make sure you select the best size, go one size larger if in doubt. It will cost the parent $40 to make an exchange.

Tuition is due by the 7th of each month; if your child is absent, there is an outside drop box, over by dumpsters, has 44150 and GRACIE on the side for your convenience so you can drop off tuition anytime.

Christmas break is Tuesday, December 19- Monday, January 1st. Classes resume Tuesday January 2nd. Teachers have started choreography for the recital, so please try to have your child present each week unless they are sick.

RECITAL DATES: June 14th and 15th, Dress Rehearsal June 13th, at Patuxent High School, in Lusby, MD There will also be a run through rehearsal at some point that week, to be announced.
