Picture week is May 6th - 9th. A schedule with times your child's class will be photographed will be emailed by April 15th. The time for your child's group and individual picture may NOT be the same day and time of his/her dance class. No regular classes are held this week. Classic Photography will be taking the pics, there is no obligation to buy anything. They contact you through your cell phone or emails, so no money is required at the time of pictures.

Picture Week is also when each parent pays $5 CASH to Ms. Jenelle or Ms. Grace to have your child's group picture to be in the recital book. Each group will have ½ page in the Recital Book. This is a great souvenir and keepsake. Each family will get one recital book FREE at the recital! If anyone would like to take out a personal ad, or if any business would like to advertise in the book this is an additional fee. More information will be forthcoming in the next few weeks!

This is the time of the year when teachers are finishing choreography for the recital, so it is very important to prioritize being at class! Also be sure your child has the right dance shoe required for the class; black hip hop shoes are required for Ms. Dani's, Ms. Audrey's and Ms. Melanie's hip hop classes. The kids should be wearing them to class each week to get used to dancing in them.

The show troupe will be selling trophies, flowers and recital tee shirts for their fundraisers to help defray costs of competition travel and fees. Information on this will be forthcoming.

Recital tickets will be distributed the first week of June. That's why all bookkeeping must be completed by May 18th. As stated in the policies June tuition is due by May 18th. You can opt to write one check in May for both May and June if you'd like. Otherwise May's tuition is due by the 7th as usual, but June's tuition is due by May 18th. Tickets will not be distributed to you if your tuition is not up to date. Remember the monthly tuition is prorated, based on the cost of the class for the 10-month session, so June's tuition is the same monthly payment as all other months. In June your child will get the full first week of June, followed by a 'run through' a 'dress rehearsal' and the 'recital'.

Extra recital tickets go on sale the second week of June for a cost of $10 cash.
